WHEREAS, adverse action was taken against all licenses held by American Cajun Grill d/b/a American Cajun Grill (License ID #19990006183) for the premises located at 56 - 6th Street East, #210 in Saint Paul by Notice of Violation dated September 13, 2010, alleging licensee was cited for one (1) CRITICAL - MINOR Environmental Health Code violation during a re-inspection on July 29, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did respond to the Notice of Violation on September 23, 2010, to pay the $125.00 matrix penalty but then failed to call the inspector to schedule the required re-inspection; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Violation stated if the licensee did not call the inspector to schedule a re-inspection by September 23, 2010, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that all licenses held by American Cajun Grill d/b/a American Cajun Grill are hereby suspended for failure to call the inspector to schedule a required re-inspection for the CRITICAL - MINOR Environmental Health Code violation cited during an inspection on July 29, 2010.
