Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): PO has an EOW cart at the property but we did not have cart information, so PW delivered a 64 gallon cart so the property could remain compliant with the city ordinance
Staff Comments: We did not have PO's cart information on file, so PW delivered a 64 gallon cart to the property in July to remain compliant with city requirements. PO recently reached out, stating she has been using an EOW at the property and did not know why the other 64 showed up since it was not requested. Staff recommends reducing assessment to $58.47

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has attached to this Council File both a report of completion outlining the costs and fees associated with the collection of delinquent garbage bills for services during [time period] [RE Project #] and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed an appeal of this assessment and developed a recommendation for the City Council with respect to this assessment; and
