Authorizing the Fire Department to pay for all costs incurred to hold a graduation ceremony for the new firefighters on May 13, 2016 at Saint Paul College.
Body
Pursuant to the 2016 City Budget, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to remit payment for graduation expenses not to exceed $1,600.00. This will pay for all costs incurred by the Fire Department to hold a formal graduation ceremony for the new firefighters on May 13, 2016 at Saint Paul College. The purpose of the ceremony is to recognize the achievement of the new firefighters.
A copy of said order is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
