WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Aleda Kroeze Feuerbach, on behalf of Pleasant Valley, to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1272 MARSHALL AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeals on the dryer vent (Item 1), the sleeping room windows (Item 4), and provision of a smoke detector affidavit (Item 7); and deny the appeals on the garage house numbers (Item 2), the smoke detector in the second floor hallway (Item 5), and carbon monoxide alarm (Item 8); grant an extension to repair and paint exterior surfaces (Item 3);

Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
