Purpose of Appeal
We are requesting a variance for bedroom windows in this home. We provide residential services to individuals with developmental disabilities and are licensed by Ramsey County Human Services. Licensers have returned each and every year for the past eight years to inspect the property and have approved the windows. We have also been inspected by the City of St. Paul Fire Marshal and the windows were approved based on information found in the Life Safety Code Book, the openable space available meeting the requirement.
