WHEREAS on February 18, 2026, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 26-1 to ratify the assessment for Tall Grass and Weed Removal services during June 27 to July 8, 2025. (File No. J2602TW, Assessment No. 268702); and
WHEREAS, the property at 601 Rose Avenue East, being described as: J.M. Warner’s 2nd Addition to St. Paul, Minn. W 14 Ft of Lot 17 and E 1/2 of Lot 16, with the property identification number 29-29-22-12-0106 was assessed an amount of $916; and
WHEREAS, the appellant, Urjii Kalil, made a request to review this case again and consider deleting the original assessment; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was held on June 2, 2026 under SR 26-96 to review the matter and the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment because there was problem with notification going to the wrong address and an error at Ramsey County Recorder’s office in which the recording address did not match the tax address; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $916, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR-1 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
