Be it Resolved, that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Regional Water Services Tort Liability Fund 8-69082100-74205 to Adam Branstner in the amount of twelve thousand three hundred and twenty-five dollars ($12,325.00) in full and final settlement of their liability damage stemming from a damaged sidewalk incident on or about January 23, 2025 in Saint Paul, MN.
