WHEREAS, the Memorandum of Agreement for the 2020 Wage and Fringe Adjustment between the City of Saint Paul and the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers, Local Union 1 Minnesota/North Dakota, was approved by City Council on May 20, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the May 1, 2019 - April 30, 2022 Maintenance Labor Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers, Local Union 1 Minnesota/North Dakota, was approved by City Council on July 17, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers, Local Union 1 Minnesota/North Dakota, have a tentative Memorandum of Agreement for the 2021 Wage and Fringe Adjustment, that, once approved, shall be effective May 1, 2021 (or closest pay period); Now Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter 6.03.03 (5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached Memorandum of Agreement for the 2021 Wage and Fringe Adjustment between the City of Saint Paul and the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers, Local Union 1 Minnesota/North Dakota.
