WHEREAS, in the matter of the the Appeal of Gabriel A. Al-Ghalith to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1422 SHERBURNE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to January 1, 2018 for compliance and recommend that the property be released from the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program for the duration of the power of attorney agreeement once the repairs are done; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
