Purpose of Appeal
The bedroom upstairs is not considered to be a bedroom according to newer laws. This bedroom was existing and has been lived in since 2002. First by me and my wife and then by the tennant. Its a vaulted ceiling a big room.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Adam Pierce to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 603 TOPPING STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
