Purpose of Appeal
I am appealing three bedroom windows. They are very close to passing and are newer replacement double hung windows. The siding on exterior is aluminum and would be difficult to match. The dimensions of the windows are attached.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mitchell Caron, Usonia Properties LLC, to an Egress Window Non-COmpliance Determination at 2058 HAWTHORNE AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an 8-inch variance on the openable heigth of three replacement egress bedroom windows measuring 16 inches high by 35 and 28 inches wide; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
