WHEREAS on September 21, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Nos. AR 16-59 and RLH TA 16-363 to delete the assessment for Graffiti Removal services during April 5 to May 18, 2016 at 429 Whitall Street. (File No. J1610P, Assessment No. 168410); and

WHEREAS, the property at 429 Whitall Street was entered in error and the property address should be 629 Whitall Street;

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the amendment; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that Council File Nos. RLH AR 16-59 and RLH TA 16-363 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
