Be it resolved that upon proper execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Police Department, Tort Liability Fund 1-10023200-74205-2310041000-74205 the amount of thirteen thousand four hundred eighty-eight dollars and thirty-four cents ($13,488.34) in full and final settlement of their property damage subrogation claim as subrogee of Snap Construction, Inc., stemming from a motor vehicle accident on or about the 24th day of June, 2019, in Saint Paul, MN.
