Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services during August 30 to September 14, 2018. (File No. J1907A, Assessment No. 198506)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 18-1869 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of August 30 to September 14, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 23, 2019 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter and Chapter 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 18-688: 525 Arundel Street;
RLH TA 18-699: 1430 Charles Avenue;
RLH TA 18-687: 769 Como Avenue;
RLH TA 18-692: 943 Conway Street;
RLH TA 18-701: 654 Cook Avenue East;
RLH TA 19-42: 726 Edmund Avenue;
RLH TA 18-684: 383 Geranium Avenue East;
RLH TA 18-681: 194 Isabel Street West;
RLH TA 18-695: 1883 LaCrosse Avenue;
RLH TA 18-679: 611 Magnolia Avenue East;
RLH TA 18-700: 1955 Marshall Avenue/245 Prior Avenue North;
RLH TA 19-15: 507 Minnehaha Avenue East;
RLH TA 19-4: 1049 Third Street East;
RLH TA 18-686: 831 Watson Avenue; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
