WHEREAS, on August 1, 2025, HopSkipDrive Technologies LLC d/b/a HopSkipDrive (License ID # DSIBLTRANB-000152-2025) applied for a Transportation Network Company license for the premises located at 360 E. 2nd Street, Suite 200, in Los Angeles, California; and
WHEREAS, no notice or notification procedure under the Saint Paul Legislative Code or the Saint Paul Administrative Code, Appendix Chapter A-11, Early Notification System Policy and Procedures, is required because the licensed premises is not located within the City of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, the license application for the Transportation Network Company license is hereby approved and the license is issued to HopSkipDrive Technologies LLC d/b/a HopSkipDrive (License ID # DSIBLTRANB-000152-2025) for the premises located at 360 E. 2nd Street, Suite 200, in Los Angeles, California with no licensing conditions.
