Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1818 BLAIR AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 24-48.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 24-48 on August 14, 2024 which granted an extension to August 16, 2024 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1818 Blair Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on August 27 and inspector confirmed nuisance still unabated as of August 30, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated; and
WHEREAS, on September 4, 2024, inspector confirmed the nuisance is abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and matter is resolved therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement.
