WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 19-58 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for construction of sanitary sewer service connections at the request of property owners in connection with the Wheelock Parkway from Danforth to Western paving and lighting project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 3, 2019 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
