WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Safaa Hassan to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement and Vehicle Abatement Order at 2199 GLENRIDGE AVE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to June 12, 2019 to get Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated and will release from Vacant Building Program; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
