Amending the 2019 spending budget in the General Fund Right of Way Management accounting unit to better align budget to actual costs.
Body
WHEREAS, there were $70,000 in building repairs and equipment replacement costs incurred at the Street Maintenance facility that were required to maintain and improve employee safety; and
WHEREAS, there is sufficient savings in capital outlay to cover these costs; therefore via
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Public Works Department to amend the 2019 budget in the Public Works Street Administration, the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
