RESOLVED, the City Council for the City of Saint Paul authorizes and directs the proper City officials to hereby pay the amount of $350,000 in full and final settlement of the lawsuit captioned, Joseph Washington vs. City of St. Paul, et. al., for all damages, injuries and costs as alleged in Plaintiff’s Complaint and any amendments thereto.
