WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of William Coleman to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 1424 ARLINGTON AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny grant the eight inch variance on the basement bedroom egress windows unless as the appellant can demonstrate that the window opens to 16 inches; if not, grant an extension for six months to come into compliance; and grant a 4-inch variance on the openable height of the main floor bedroom egress windows. For the rest of the items being appealed, the appellant must be in compliance by the re-inspection date; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
