RESOLVED, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to reduce Plaintiffs/Appellants assessment for property ID 06-28-22-12-0059 from $157,272.81 to $83,000 (total reduction of Seventy-Four Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Two Dollars and Eighty-One cents ($74,272.81)) (Assessment 225200) in full and final settlement in the Ramsey County District Court case of VCI-VICRAMP, LLC v. City of St. Paul, No. 62-CV-23-5312, for alleged damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees claimed in Plaintiffs/Appellants’ Notice of Appeal.
