Inspector Yannarelly reported that a Boarding and Securing Summary Abatement Order for 149 Delos was issued on August 17, 2010. It was re-check on August 24, 2010 and the house windows were still open; garage door still open so, a Work Order was issued. Also for tall grass and weeds; garbage and rubbish.
Mr. Moe explained that his mother bought this property on November 18, 2010; this should have been taken care of by the title company. His mother got a bill for the work done on August 27, 2010. This wasn't listed in the closing. Another assessment for August 31, 2010 had been listed and paid. His mother wonders why she is being billed for...
