Amending the assessment for Boarding and Securing Services during June 2011 to delete the assessment at 680 MINNEHAHA AVENUE WEST. (File No. J1112B, Assessment No. 118117)

WHEREAS, on October 5, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Number RLH AR 11-83 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Boarding and Securing Services during June 2011. (File No. J1112B, Assessment No. 118117); and
WHEREAS, the property at 680 Minnehaha Avenue West, being described as: Syndicate No 4 Addition Lot 1 Blk 2; and with the property identification number was assessed an amount of $477.80 for boarding and securing; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was made in error; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Council File Number RLH AR 11-83 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
