Body

WHEREAS on April 19, 2017, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-23, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Excessive Use of Inspection/Abatement services billed during October 24 to November 18, 2016 at 1375 Furness Parkway. (File No. J1706E, Assessment No. 178305); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1375 Furness Parkway, being described as: Hayden Heights Lot 2 Blk 12, with the property identification number 23-29-22-31-0124 was assessed an amount of $155.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as this was poreviously assessed and paid by owner; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendations; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $155.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 17-23 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
