Amending the financing and spending plan in the Department of Human Rights and Equal Economic Opportunity’s River Print Division 2016 Operating Budget by adding $343,467.00 for anticipated revenues from new customers such Minneapolis Public Housing Authority and Ramsey County still using River Print.

WHEREAS, River Print was expected to lose Ramsey County’s printing services and is continuing to print for Ramsey County; and
WHEREAS, River Print is continuing to grow its customer base with the addition of Minneapolis Public Housing Authority, Farm Credit Services Credit Union and NRCS; and
WHEREAS, River Print has exceeded its budgeted spending limit and is unable to pay outstanding bills despite having generated the revenue to do so; now, therefore, be it
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and the advice Budget Committee, that $343,467.00 is available for appropriation in the 2016 Operating Budget approves the attached changes.
