WHEREAS, Element Boxing and Fitness SBC d/b/a Element Gym submitted a new location application for the Health/Sport Club license (License ID #DSIBLHEALT- 002937-2026) for the premises located at 928 7th St. W.; and
WHEREAS, On September 21, 2026, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification with a response date of October 6, 2026; and
WHEREAS, The Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to its recommended approval of the new location application for the Health/Sport Club license; and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the new location application; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the new location application for the Health/Sport Club license (License ID #DSIBLHEALT- 002937-2026) is hereby approved and the license issued to Element Boxing and Fitness SBC d/b/a Element Gym for the premises located at 928 7th St. W. with no existing license conditions.
