Title

Amending the assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Fees services in July 2011 to delete the assessment at 1072 SEVENTH STREET WEST.  (File No. VB1113, Assessment No. 118119)

Body

WHEREAS, on October 5, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH AR 11-93, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Fees Services in July 2011.  (File No. VB1113, Assessment No. 118119); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1072 Seventh Street West, being described as:  Finchs Addition Ex 7th St Lot 4 Blk 3 with the property identification number 11-28-23-41-0085 was assessed an amount of $1,235.00 for collection of delinquent vacant building monitoring fees; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Council File #RLH AR 11-93 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
