Authorizing the City Council to utilize fund balance, accumulated and unspent in 2025, to increase the financing and spending budgets in the City Council Special Projects Fund by $245,050.
Body
WHEREAS, the City Council has identified a spending plan for the $245,050 budgeted for the Reparations Committee unspent in 2025, and
WHEREAS, the 2026 financing and spending plan needs to be amended for these funds; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the City Charter, does certify that there are available for appropriation total revenues in excess of those estimated in the budget, funds of $245,050 in the City Council Special Projects Fund; and now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor that $245,050 is available for appropriation in the City Council Special Projects Fund, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the particulars as specified in the attached financial analysis.
