BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul, based on a review of the legislative hearing record testimony heard at public hearing on February 2, 2011 and motion of intent hereby memorializes its decisions for the following:

1. Deny the appeal for Greg Ryan at 1644 BUSH AVENUE in reference to the December 7, 2010 Code Compliance Report;

2. Deny the appeal for Robert Metzler at 737 VAN BUREN AVENUE in reference to the October 8, 2010 Fire Inspection Correction Notice letter; and,

3. Deny the appeal for Gaylen Melby at 803 SNELLING AVENUE NORTH in reference to the November 24, 2010 Certificate of Occupancy Re-inspection Deficiency List.
