Approving the Maintenance Labor Agreement (May 1, 2024 - April 30, 2027) between the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local 10. (To be laid over one week for adoption)

Whereas, the last Maintenance Labor Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local 10, which was approved by the Saint Paul City Council on June 16, 2021, and the Memorandum of Agreement for the 2022 Wage and Fringe adjustment was approved by City Council on May 11, 2022 and the Memorandum of Agreement for the 2023 Wage and Fringe adjustment was approved by City Council on May 3, 2023, continues in full force and effect through April 30, 2024, and thereafter until modified or amended by mutual agreement of the parties; and
Whereas, the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local 10 reached a tentative agreement on a new Maintenance Labor Agreement, that once approved, shall be effective as of May 1, 2024
Resolved, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.3 (5) hereby approves and ratifies the attached Maintenance Labor Agreement (May 1, 2024 - April 30, 2027) between the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local 10.
