Adopting the Harriet Island to South Saint Paul Regional Trail Master Plan.

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Department of Parks and Recreation, developed a Master Plan for the creation of a bicycle and pedestrian trail connection from Harriet Island to Kaposia Landing Park in South Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 14-1243 the City Council approved and adopted the Harriet Island to South Saint Paul Regional Trail Master Plan and authorized its submission to the Metropolitan Council for review and approval; and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council reviewed and made minor technical comments which are reflected in the attached document, and Parks and Recreation responded to those changes and created a revised Harriet Island to South Saint Paul Regional Trail Master Plan which incorporated the technical comments but did not substantively change the Master Plan; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the attached Harriet Island to South Saint Paul Regional Trail Master Plan is adopted with the edits approved by the Metropolitan Council.
