Title
Appeal of Kidane Assefa and Brikti Ytbarek to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy with Deficiencies at 1068 SUMMIT AVENUE.
Date/Time of 1st LH: May 12, 2015 at 1:30 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal: Given deficiency list on 4/20/15 regarding "All parking spaces shall be paved with asphalt, concrete or durable dustless surfacing". However we do not use this space for parking. The tenants have ample parking in the front paved driveway and also on the street. They were told in the past not to park in this area and we will reinforce this by way of better signage and barriers thus, no need (and we can't afford to pave it) to pave the area. Thank you for your time.
