Title

Amending the 2026 spending budget in the Department of Public Works Electric Vehicle Maintenance accounting unit.

Body

WHEREAS, the Electric Vehicle Maintenance accounting unit is expected to incur electricity materials costs that are more than the adopted budget; and

 

WHEREAS, a management decision to leave a position vacant for FY26 results in available salary and benefit savings.

 

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Public Works Department to amend the 2026 budget in the Public Works Electric Vehicle Maintenance accounting unit, the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
