Purpose of Appeal: Fence was already there when we bought the house. The seller and our realtor did not mention/told us anything wrong w/property lines/boundaries. It is an empty lot with no building/house. Never once have I seen owner coming by to check or keep maintenance on the property.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Lee Xiong & Kee Yang to a Correction Notice at 1688 LACROSSE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council[recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
