Purpose of Appeal
Item 6 - We have addressed the squirrels, have not seen them around the home anymore. Several sight visits & no squirrels in home.
Item 11 - We would like to apply for a variance on this rule as the structure is set but it is a very nice room. See attached approved attic plan specs. Thank you.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jennifer Vietmeier to a Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection at 1865 COTTAGE AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the City Council deny the appeal on the ceiling height in the attic is forthcoming; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
