Purpose of Appeal:  Property has received a cerificate of compliance and occpancy dated August 27, 2015. See Attachment, Also the property is currently occupied & rented and in the market.

Grant appeal.  No hearing necessary.  Building was not in the VB Program for the time period specified.

 

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Al Morales to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter Requirement at 1046 HANCOCK STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
