WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Michael G. Kula, P.A., on behalf of Rick Thorne, to a Notice of Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate at 1429 MARSHALL AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is forthcoming; recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to August 12, 2011 for an engineering report on structure on the condition of no occupancy in the interim; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
