Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: The Application for Appeal was mailed to DSI, who in turn interofficed it to City Council. Staff called the appellant because the documents attached to the appeal were not timely. Staff found a Correction Notice dated 10-12-15, but appellant said all those items are done. Appellant said she is really concerned with the vacant building fee. Staff found a vacant building notice dated 10-8-15, and that is being appealed. VACANT BUILDING FILE HAS BEEN CLOSED AND THEREFORE; ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Sharon Bruestle, representing Palm Bay, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1128 MAGNOLIA AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
