Approving the application for change of ownership to the Auto Repair Garage license now held by Swen Ventures LLC, d/b/a Green Line Auto Service and Tire (License ID #20230001975) for the premises located at 1695 University Avenue West.

WHEREAS, Swen Ventures LLC, d/b/a Green Line Auto Service and Tire (License ID #20230001975) applied for a change of ownership to the Auto Repair Garage license on October 4, 2023, for the premises located 1695 University Ave West in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the license application notification was sent out by the Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI) on December 13, 2023, with a response date of December 28, 2023; and
WHEREAS, in response to the notification, no objections were received, and the Council finds that the application is in order with no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it;
RESOLVED, the change of ownership for the Auto Repair Garage license is hereby approved and issued to Swen Ventures LLC, d/b/a Green Line Auto Service and Tire (License ID #20230001975) for the premises located at 1695 University Ave West in Saint Paul with the following license conditions:
1. All customer and employee vehicles must be parked in accordance with the approved site plan on file with the Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI) dated 02/26/2016.
2. The parking lot shall be striped in accordance with the approved site plan on file with DSI dated 02/26/2016. A maximum of twenty-eight (28) vehicles may be parked on the property at any time. This includes vehicles associated with all uses of the property.
3. There shall be no exterior storage of vehicle parts, tires, oil or any other similar materials associated with the business. Trash will be stored in a covered dumpster. Storage of vehicle fluids, batteries, etc. shall be in accordance with the Ramsey County Hazardous Waste regulations.
