Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services during June 14 to 28, 2019. (File No. J2002A, Assessment No. 208501)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 19-1305 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of June 14 to June 28, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 8, 2020 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to the procedures set forth in Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statutes and under the authority of Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 19-715: 1059 Beech Street;
RLH TA 19-851: 560 Charles Avenue;
RLH TA 19-701: 230 Curtice Street East;
RLH TA 19-893: 1282 Hague Avenue;
RLH TA 19-713: 497 Hopkins Street;
RLH TA 19-703: 1029 Hudson Road;
RLH TA 19-704: 836 Margaret Street;
RLH TA 19-717: 949 Marshall Avenue;
RLH TA 19-712: 1354 Sherburne Avenue;
RLH TA 19-718: 560 Van Buren Avenue;
RLH TA 19-709: 914 York Avenue; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
