Title

Making finding on the appealed substantial abatement ordered for 975 REANEY AVENUE in Council File RLH RLH RR 23-61.

 

Body

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 23-61 on January 17, 2024 which granted 180 days to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report at 975 Reaney Avenue; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on July 23, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated, but will recommend granting 180 days and continue the performance deposit; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated, but stays enforcement of RLH RR 23-61 for 180 days in order that the owner be given the time to complete the abatement of the nuisance condition.
