Purpose of Appeal: I am appealing the vacate order/condemnation and eviction of my harsh and too little too me for me to accomplish lush when dealing with hot and/or rainy days and dealing with depression. Issue due to lack of employment

WHEREAS, in the matter of Brent Rekstad to a Notice of Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate at 1083 Bradley Street, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is forthcoming, pending August 18, 2026 Legislative Hearing; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
