Pertaining to Professional Services Agreement Contract with Ferguson Enterprises LLC to provide materials for water meters and water meter components.

WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul (the “Board”) commenced to replace all water meter registers during a seven (7) year window starting in 2024; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul (the “Board”) continues to support the Meter Operation Business Plan to ensure water meters in the distribution system are replaced and maintained to ensure reading accuracy and performance to facilitate accurate billing; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves Contract No. 4758, a professional services agreement between the Board and Ferguson Enterprises, LLC., drafted by the City of Saint Paul Contracts and Analysis Services, to provide products for water meters and water meter components materials; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement following approval by the assistant city attorney.
