WHEREAS, the Board and Echologics, LLC have established a Professional Services Contract No. 5729 and dated March 25, 2026; and
WHEREAS, Echologics, LLC proposes to provide leak detection loggers and monitoring services at a cost of $118,650; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby authorizes Echologics, LLC to provide leak detection loggers and monitoring services and hereby authorizes its General Manager of Saint Paul Regional Water Services to execute any and all forms as may be required for such agreements.
