Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): We were billing for 35(2) but PO reports 35(1) at property
Staff Comments: This PO reports they have been billed for two 35 gallon carts at their duplex since April 2025 but there has only been one 35 gallon cart at the property. Property is now enrolled in Cart Sharing. The property was also charged for five extra bags, and the hauler stated we can remove one bag charge from the November 13 collection. Staff recommends reducing assessment to $104.33, for one 35 gallon weekly cart, one 35 gallon every other week cart, and four extra bags
