Be it resolved, that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Fire Department Tort Liability Fund 1-10022100-74205 to the JNR Adjuster Company in the amount of twenty-two thousand two hundred and twenty-five dollars and thirty-nine cents ($22,225.39) in full and final settlement of their liability damage stemming from an auto incident on or about January 3, 2026 in Saint Paul, MN.
