Purpose of Appeal:  I am appealing the order because the power is now back on.

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  The VBR was issued 2 days after the vacate order. The applicant is insistent on appealing both.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Abah Mohamed to a Vacant Building Registration Notice and Notice of Condemnation-Unfit for Human Habitation-Order to Vacate at 576 LEXINGTON PARKWAY NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal and release from the vacant building program, as electric was restored; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
