Authorizing the City to enter into Cooperative Agreement PUBW2014-06R with Ramsey County for the reconstruction of Ford Parkway between 400' east of Howell Street and Snelling Avenue

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul (City) and Ramsey County (County) desire to reconstruct Ford Parkway between 400' East of Howell Street and Snelling Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Ford Parkway, in the area affected by reconstruction, is designated County State Aid Highway 42 and is in the City; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County Agreement PUBW2014-06R defines the engineering, administrative, and construction cost participation responsibilities of Ramsey County and the City of Saint Paul for implementation of the project; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into Ramsey County Agreement PUBW2014-06R, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
