Title
Appeal of Kartumu King to a Summary Abatement Order at 1281 MARGARET STREET.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, August 25, 2020, teleconference call between 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal: Appellant is asking for an appeal because appellant is being falsely accused. Somebody has continually been reporting false complaints to the City about appellant and has even gone as far as placing items in appellant's garage after items were removed. Appellant is being discriminated against and doesn't know why. Appellant would like the City to be aware of these matters.
Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: August 11, 2020
Inspector/Key Staff: Stephan Suon
Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Appellant said that she took care of the items. When staff asked why she was appealing if the items have been removed, appellant responded that she is being harassed by her neighbor, St. Paul Public Housing is notified about these orders, and this is affecting the ability for her and her children to remain in this house. She wants to be heard on this issue.
